A couple of magic moments...

Many mornings Ellie watches me shave and comb my hair after showering. After combing my hair I comb her cute curly hair and it usually makes her smile. Preparing for our trip last night she came across one of Jo An's combs and immediately started her version of racking the side of her head.
Next, in the living room watching the Tiger game on TV, I sort of jokingly handed Ellie the phone and said "Give the phone to Mommy, Ellie." Ellie immediately turned to her Mom on the sofa and handed her the phone.
It's the small things....
